Email support@lettkeep.com. Nicholas answers every message himself, usually within two working days.

Send a support report

In the app, open Settings › Support report. It shows the app and system version, the device model, rounded free storage, whether Pro is unlocked, two settings and the last 20 error codes. It never contains names, addresses, amounts, dates or any of your records. You see all of it first, and the app sends nothing: you choose Share report or Email.

Questions

Where are my records?

On your own iPhone, iPad or Mac, in an encrypted file that opens only after Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Nothing is sent to Nicholas or to anyone else.

I have a new phone. How do I move my records?

Make a backup in Settings › Backups with a passphrase, save it to iCloud Drive or another place, and restore it on the new device. A device backup alone can't open the records, because the key never leaves the device that made it.

I forgot my backup passphrase.

Nobody can open that backup, Nicholas included. Make a new backup with a passphrase you keep somewhere safe.

Is this legal advice?

No. Lettkeep works out dates and amounts from Malta's rent rules and shows where each rule comes from and when it was checked. It is information, not legal or tax advice. Lettkeep is not affiliated with the Housing Authority or any government body.

Why do links open in Safari?

So that Lettkeep never sees what you type on the rent registration portal, your bank or any other site. There is no browser inside the app.

Report a security problem

Email security@lettkeep.com. Please give Nicholas a reasonable time to fix it before you publish. There is no bug bounty, but every report is answered and credited if you want.
